Intelligence and Cognitive Ability test
Using some of the best ability tests on the market, Matthew can test a candidates ability to perform in a variety of cognitive tasks. These can be, but are not exclusive of numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning ability.
Consultancy services (whats involved).
1. Delivery of a psychometric testing session at your location by a BPS trained test adminstrator for up to 8 candidates
2. The selection of 2 appropraite ability tests to suit the requirements of the job role (from a selection of numerical, verbal, or abstract reasoning), plus a personality test.
3. The adminstration, scoring and reporting of each test for each of the candidates.
4. Additional candidates can be tested however this may incur an additional charge and may require an additional session.

I’ll help companies think through new recruitment processes – working out how to get better value, opportunity cost through different methods.
I’ll design assessment methods. Case studies, role plays, interview schedules, work samples. My focus will be on trying to give people as much as possible a flavour for the job. The more of a ‘realistic’ job preview you provide others, the better and this helps predict future retention levels.
I’ll also interview and assess people and do in depth profiles of senior candidates.
